1、 The preparation work before the idle running test of the torsion spring machine:
1. The dry running test of torsion spring machine must be carried out after the foundation is completely dry.
2. Check whether there are foreign matters in all parts of the spring torsion machine, and whether the connecting parts and fasteners are loose.
3. Check whether the lubrication pipelines and hydraulic pipelines of the spring torsion machine are connected correctly, whether the amount of lubricating and hydraulic oil used is appropriate, whether the oil level is appropriate, and whether the lubrication of lubricating parts is in place.
4. Before idling, the auxiliary equipment of the spring machine should be inspected separately to verify whether its performance meets the specified requirements.
2、 No load test run of torsion spring machine:
1. First, start the torsion spring machine and check whether the parts are normal. Check whether the voltage is stable. After turning the z-axis, check whether the rotation of the z-axis is stable without twisting. Before leaving the factory, no-load operation must be idle for 4-8 hours.
2. Check whether the torsion spring machine has grounding wire to prevent the occurrence of leakage point, so as to avoid unnecessary occurrence.
3. Adjust the controller to manual operation and repeatedly use Y-axis movement to see whether the y-axis operation is stable and easy.
4. Check the following items during the idle running test of the spring machine:
a: The lubrication points of transmission gear and bearing are fully lubricated, and the sealing parts are well sealed.
b: There shall be no large vibration and periodic noise during operation.
3、 Load test run of torsion spring machine:
1. After the no-load test run of the torsion spring machine (disc machine) is qualified, the load test run can be carried out. During the load test run, the equipment needs to use the sample for 2 hours, to see the stability of proofing.
2. During the load test run of the spring machine, check whether the basic technical parameters meet the requirements of the spring machine.
3. The Y-axis and z-axis of the spring twisting machine should be stable, and it is not easy to have problems affecting the accuracy such as twisting. The accuracy of z-axis can be measured by a meter punch.
4. The circuit, oil circuit and control system of the spring twisting machine should be flexible, safe and reliable.
